Talent Consultant

**Location: South Africa**

We are looking for a number of Talent Consultants/Sourcers to support a multinational business on their senior hiring.

You will support the wider talent acquisition team by mapping out talent across a range of skill sets including technology, engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations. You will also be identifying talent across a variety of sectors including technology, retail, oil & gas, energy, and other sectors.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- The Talent Consultant plays a vital part in supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team in mapping, sourcing, attracting and engaging talent across a range of skill sets and variety of sectors.
- Writing and posting of adverts for the various roles across the different teams within UK market
- Providing support with talent mapping, competitor analysis, research on market insights & trends and much more.
- Amazing team player
- Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client’s expectations

**What we are looking for**:

- Ideally 2 or more years of recruitment experience within the Retail, Energy and Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of skill sets including Tech, Engineering, Sales, Operations etc.
- Strong record of accomplishment in mapping and delivering of exceptional talent
- Ability to work on multiple roles at once and searches at a time
- Experience with sourcing & mapping within the UK or US market, will be ideal
- Passionate about diversity, familiar with techniques and tools to increase the diversity of each shortlist for our client
