Shop - Beauty & Fragrances

_Key Responsibilities:_
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, offering personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting products
- Demonstrate and educate guests on the features and benefits of various beauty and fragrance products
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Keep up-to-date with new products, trends, and promotions to effectively promote and sell merchandise
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and exceed guest expectations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and conducting regular stock counts
- Qualifications:_
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry
- Passion for beauty and fragrance products and a strong knowledge of various brands and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Pay: R19 869,00 - R26 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
