**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain presence in the HVAC industry.
- Work closely with the company partners and customers to create opportunites in various sectors to fulfil company objective and value.
- Conduct a consultative engagement with customers by assisting and developing the necessary business cases to influence the customers purchasing decisions.
- Work independently in seeking out new business development opportunities to pursue.
- Achieve sales target
- Develop and manage opportunities in and customers to create opportunities in the sales pipeline into reaching tangible various sectors to fulfil company revenue generating pursuits.
- Manage identification and expansion opportunities jointly with the Director: Business Development.
- Generate quotations and Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.

**Requirements**:

- One to two years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
- Driver's license.
- **Must have own vehicle**.
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.
- Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
- Ability to contact customers, complete sales and mangement other tasks independently.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
- Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
- Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns.

**Strategic Customer Management**
- Build and nurture long term and sustainable relationships with customers and partners that can be leveraged for mutual benefit.
- Build and manage relationships at all levels within the customer.
