**Requirements**:

- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- 2 years of merchandising experience
- ELCB Knowledge
- Strong customer service background-Essential
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of the credit system
- Computer literate
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Honesty, integrity and hardworking
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience will be beneficial
- Clear criminal record

**Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to;**
- Position will require merchandising and setting up (Manual)
- Communication skills
- Adhere to planogram layouts & Midas merchandising guidelines.
- Adhere to agreed call cycles and planned shop revamps.
- Adhere to Midas uniform standards, PPE clothing and name badges.
- Respectfully “OWN” Midas shelve space.
- Ensure show room represents all ranges that are available.
- Stock Management (Offer re-order list of out-of-stock items visible from empty pegs)
- Stock rotations
- Visible product pricing (In agreement with Franchisee or store owner)
- Promote all brands.
- Assist with stock take.
- Liaising with other departments.
- All road regulations & rules must be obeyed.
- Vehicles must be clean and always maintained.
