- Export Management:

- Export Order Receipts.
- Export stock to sites across the World
- Co-ordinate with clearing agent and allocate HS codes, Certificates to stock for export,
- Complete all relevant documentation
- Documentation for Export Agents, Transport, and specific Export requirements.
- Prepare shipping documentation and other related paperwork Supervise counting, weighing, and identifying of materials meant for shipment
- Arrange Freight Transport to Overseas destination.
- Compile stock level of Overseas sites.
- Warehouse Support:

- Supervise day-to-day operations in a warehouse
- Maintain good stacking, storage processes.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations
- Check materials against customer orders, picking lists and billings
- Check and verify materials in warehouse periodically
- Conduct stock counts and post totals to inventory records
- Generate reports on inventory balance and shortages
- Oversee food safety, warehouse health and safety and housekeeping.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in supply chain FCMG warehouse control in a plant manufacturing FMCG food industry environment.
- Experience should be in Exporting of Goods, Supply chain supervisory capacity with experience in operations, inventory and warehouse controls, equipment / infrastructure maintenance, plant safety management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems management with reporting and analytical skills.
