**Company Description**

An established Private School in Rosebank is in search of a Bookkeeper that will be able to do Debt Management as well.
- Debt Collection - follow policy, call parents weekly regarding outstanding fees
- Processing Invoices, Credit notes, Journals etc.
- Sending out statements
- Handling customer queries
- Maintaining debtors schedule and reconciling the spreadsheet to Pastel
- Dealing with the attorney - handing over debtors, reconciling the statement
- Process receipts in the cash book
- Assist with audit preparations
- Assist with the budget process
- Receipting cash
- Filing and archiving
- Following up on payment option forms in term 3
- Roll over learners on Pastel to prepare for next academic year
- Setting up of the school fee invoices on a recurring invoice basis in December for January of the next year
- Processing new learners on Pastel from enrolments received

**Qualifications**
- Bookkeeping qualification will be highly desireable
- 2 - 3 years experience in a school financial enviroment
- **Must be able to work on Pastel**

**Additional information**
- **Salary: R30 000 per month**_
