KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the company’s overall strategy to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion.

Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and optimize business processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless coordination.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures when necessary.
- Drive profitability and sustainable growth for the organization.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

Customer Focus:

- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all business activities, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in a leadership role within the ICT sales industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team
