We are urgently recruiting for a Credit Controller.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- At least 5 years of debtors/ credit control experience.
- Finance/ debtors / credit management qualification
- Knowledge of debtors and collection management
- Strong organizational abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills and understanding of accounting principles
- Must be analytical with good negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping

**Duties**:

- Collection of all outstanding debts
- Ensuring that clients billing queries are addresses timeously.
- Managing the administration on a group of receivable books (book value to handle is R80m)
- Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts
- Ensuring that credit notes are passed timeously
- Once receipted, allocating any unallocated payments to debtor’s accounts
- Preparation of monthly payment query reports on overdue accounts
- Monthly submission of arrears
