Our passenger vehicle dealership client in **Northcliff, Gauteng** has a vacancy for a well experienced and qualified **Workshop Manager** with below skills.

**Main Purpose of Job**

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required**
- Grade 12 or tertiary education required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service or Workshop Manager.
- Technical capabilities would be an advantage.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Self-driven and ability to drive targets.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear criminal record

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure Quality of Service are met as well as Profitability.
- Manage workshop flow.
- Handle all workshop related issues.
- Liaise with OEM
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
- Manage Team for High Performance Culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R30 000,00 per month
