We are on the lookout for a **Admin Clerk** to provide administrative assistance in the office of a Tyre Wholesale and Retail company. The individual will primarily be responsible for the tyre breakdown administration within the business and assist other departments as and when necessary.
**Duties**:
- All Inhouse Breakdown invoicing.
- GRV and Invoicing of all third party breakdowns.
- Assist with filing.
- Attend stock take once a month.
- Assist with all adhoc admin requests as needed by Management.
- Assist with all queries related to inhouse and third party breakdowns - this is from debtors and any requests from creditors as needed.
- Assist with all quotes needed for breakdowns.
- Additional training to be provided to assist in other admin departments - be willing to assist.
**Requirements**:
- Must have 2 - 3 years accounting experience.
- Must have strong administrative experience.
- Tyre knowledge and or experience will be an advantage.
- Must reside in or near BlackHeath, Cape Town.
- Must have own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R8,000.00 per month

- Blackheath, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
