**1. Assisting the Buyer with Administration functions**: Provide analytical, operational, and clerical support to Buyers
**2. Accurate completion of orders**: Placing orders and completing the corresponding paperwork
**3. Manage Brand codes**: Manage and create Brand Names and Brand Codes for customers
**4. Stock Management**: Ordering, storing, tracking, and controlling inventory.
**5. Price Negotiations**: Price negotiations with suppliers where applicable
**6. Supplier Deliveries**: Assist in arranging supplier deliveries
7. Supplier Co-ordination & relationship building
8. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
9. To uphold and promote the company values and culture
1. Grade 12
2. Relevant experience in a computerised retail environment
3. High level of proficiency
4. 3 years’ experience in Buying Administration
5. Experience and understanding of retail business principles
6. Own transport and valid driver’s license
