**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Responsible for the effective management of regional sales, operations and logistics. Assist the National Sales and Marketing Executives, to establish and grow existing and new business from strategic customers and increased sales and market share within the Limpopo region.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading, motivating, coaching and developing a sales team to deliver customer sales volumes and reach KPI targets
- Utilise sales team efficiently through effective sales call cycles, customer segmentation and customer geography through implementation of a sales strategy taking in consideration customer sales turnovers
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Continuously proposing solutions that meet the objectives of customers
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Resolving any issues and problems, and dealing with complaints
- Preparing progress reports and forecast sales
- Creating, interpreting and presenting key account KPIs for sales team
- Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Executing marketing initiative with customers
- Recruit and retain a pipeline of sales representatives, in line with business strategy
- Logistical planning with the National Operations Manager to ensure customer service and sales are optimised.

**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification diploma or degree in Sales and/or Marketing will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years solid Sales Management experience
- Must have a real passion for excellent customer service
- Results driven, motivated self-starter who can work independently in a demanding environment
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication skills on all levels

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
