IT Assistant

**Requirements**
- Scope/knowledge base: Physical Networking - basic understanding of networking. How Local Networks are setup, what devices are used and why, knowledge of basic troubleshooting.
- Assistance with physical implementation of local network upgrades.
- Spec, source, & setup of additional network devices like desk phones, laptops, IP Cameras, printers.
- Assistance with maintenance of local network and devices (Make sure printers, laptops, phone, camera’s etc. are all working and complete scheduled maintenance/updates, etc.)
- Assist users with IT Problems. Need to be good at working with people.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps and setup, OneDrive, Sharepoint.
- **Bonus - knowledge of Microsoft terminal server setup.**:

- **Bonus - knowledge of Scada Systems.**:

- **Bonus - Knowledge of PLCs & PLC programming - Siemens.**

**Salary**: R18 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
