Job Description

To provide robust financial crime compliance advice as per the segment and the FirstRand Group operating standards and policies

To provide guidance and support to business through the identification of financial crime training needs, development, and the roll out of development programmes that will mature staff knowledge and competence in the relevant topics

To perform the assurance of the level of compliance to the financial crime regulatory requirements by monitoring processes and related controls in accordance with compliance methodology and minimum standards, collating and coordinating the questionnaires and feedback in this regard

Are you someone who can:

- Manage self and ensure that FICA and Financial Crime risk related activities and functions are executed within the defined AML/Financial Crime standards.
- Maintain control over applicable processes.
- Build sound relationships based on trust and openness.
- Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
- Have a Compliance related Bachelor’s degree, LLB, and AML certificates.
- Have 3 to 5 years banking experience in KYC, Financial Crime and Compliance.
