Admin Manager for Toddler Stimulation Programme

- Must enjoy working with toddlers, their parents, and caregivers
- Willing to teach classes when needed
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English. Drivers licence.

Must be available to start by 10 October. Monday to Friday 8-5pm

**Responsibilities**

Administration

Invoicing and managing payments

Communicating with clients and parents

Assisting teachers

Managing props and equipment

Weekly class set ups for the different theme offerings

Posting on social media and basic marketing

Teaching classes when needed

Running holiday programmes

**Qualifications and Skills**

Strong administrative and managerial skills

Good communication, organisation and relationship building skills

Disciplined and self-motivated

Minimum X4 years’ work experience

Teaching background an advantage

Ability to deal with challenges effectively

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
