**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

The following are the key duties and responsibilities of this position but not limited to:
- Data entry in databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
- Record keeping of documents, files & correspondence.
- Receiving of Inventory.
- Allocation of industry for repairs or returns.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- 3+ years’ administrative experience.
- Computer literate in Office365 programs (Outlook and Excel).
- Receiving and dispatching of Inventory.
- Working within a returns, repairs, technical servicing, or warehousing environment is advantageous.
- Working experience with Sage Evolution (or any similar system) is advantageous.
- Experience in the furniture industry is advantageous.

**EDUCATION REQUIRED**:

- Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent) preferred.

**Salary is market-related**
