Duties & Responsibilities

Join a stable and reputable Steel company. We are looking for a young individual ideally who has already done internship and ready to moving into a permanent role.

The role will be to prepare engineering drawings manually and on CAD (Computer Aided Design), Inventor, Coral draw & Sigmanest system which may involve limited design
- Be able to interpret and generate DXF files
- Be able to read drawings
- Be able to replicate drawings
- Prepare complex schematic drawings from rough sketches or oral instructions.
- Prepares detailed drawings of Steel products and additions including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Makes pictorial and isometric drawings for reports; plots charts and curves from data.
- Prepares detailed layout, assembly, and working drawings; files and indexes drawings.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Level 5 qualification / CPUT Diploma

Mathematics and Engineering drawings and design

Autocad

Inventor or solidworks

1-3 years of experience

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Draughtsman: 3 years (preferred)
- Engineering Design: 2 years (preferred)
