Our client is a prominent, long-standing, and highly regarded auto electrical and mechanical workshop known for its exceptional service and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Controller to join their team and uphold their standards of efficiency and professionalism. As a Dispatch Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the workshop by distributing online job cards promptly and accurately, dispatching technicians to various job sites, keeping customers informed throughout the work in progress, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are accurately maintained and other ad-hoc administrative tasks. This position would be ideal for someone with a Service Advisor or Bookings Clerk background.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

1 year of experience in a workshop environment

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for job card management and communication.

Proficiency in Pastel **(ESSENTIAL)**
A stable work history
