**Job Title**: Deputy Principal

**Location**: Pinnacle College Ridge View, Radiokop, Randburg

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced educator to join our team as Deputy Principal at PC Ridge View. The Deputy Principal will work closely with the Principal to provide leadership and management of the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for students, staff, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Principal in overall administration and management of the school.
2. Support the implementation of the school's strategic plan and educational programs.
3. Work collaboratively with staff to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
4. Oversee student discipline and behavior management in accordance with school policies.
5. Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff and support their growth and development.
6. Assist in the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of staff members.
7. Collaborate with parents and the wider community to enhance student learning and engagement.
8. Oversee the school's resources and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and utilized effectively.
9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning for the school.
10. Support the Principal in fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field (master's degree preferred).
2. A valid teaching license or certification.
3. Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
6. Knowledge of educational best practices and current trends in education.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the school community.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and education management software.
10. A passion for fostering student success and academic achievement.
