**Eduvos **is looking to employ a** Media Studies Lecturer** to be based at any of our national campuses on a fixed term basis.***

**Type of appointment**:
Fixed Term

**Purpose**:

- To lecture Humanities-related modules, in the faculty on a full-time basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualifications required**:

- Hons in Media Studies or Journalism

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years or relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Modules to be lectured**:

- Media Studies
- Journalism writing

**Responsibilities**:

- Lecturing
- General administration
- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
- Quality Assurance
- Management of At-risk students
