**The Role**
**Skills and Experience**
Minimum: - 3 years secretarial and administration experience - Must have experience and knowledge in a similar operations/ administrative environment - Ability to anticipate and solve problems - Administrative control - Record and document management - Event and travel management - Communication skills - Collaboration skills - Building value-based relationships - Quality work with attention to detail - Organizational skills - Advanced Microsoft office Suite experience - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint must be at an advanced level Driver’s License & own car
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ordering of stationery - Follow up on Undelivered report - Endorsements follow up - Claims follow up and logging - Staff requisition management - Staff queries on hours/pay - Synerion hours logging and management - Volume capturing - All general filling - Fuel cards / ordering/monitoring - Client bookings management - Staff leave management - Petty Cash management - Customer queries - Provide general administrative support to contribute to the effective and efficient functioning and service delivery of the team - Provide overall secretarial services, originating and distributing minutes of meetings, drafting/preparation of documentation, PowerPoint presentations and Reports Ad hoc duties and administration as requested
