- Manage end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the client. This will include and cover:

- Custodianship of each hotel and brand in terms of brand position and brand bible

- Management of all digital channels including:

- Google ad Spend
- Influencer collaborations and agreements

- Overseeing and supporting hotel/property driven marketing initiatives (‘Dot Marketing’ activities)
- Overseeing and supporting closed group marketing initiatives - cars, golf, cycling, sporting events etc.
- Overseeing and supporting the development of all packaging and direct marketing / sales campaigns
- Oversee and manage the Marketing of all group event capabilities including the support of sales and marketing to all Professional Conference Organisers
- Managing end to end marketing budgets and marketing spend related decisions including the setting of budgets and the tracking of actual spend against budget and efficiencies achieved.
- Understanding and participating in setting rate strategy and architecture
