**E-commerce Assistant Catalogue Copywriter**

We are currently seeking to employ an E-Commerce Assistant Catalogue Copywriter in our Online department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create new online product listings.
- Product data entry into the e-commerce platform.
- Product description writing.
- Source product data and -pictures from vendors.
- Product image editing and uploading
- Content creation.
- Maintain and update relevant internal documentation.
- Liaise with the buying team and action price changes, promotions, and product updates.
- Liaise with the marketing team and action instructions accordingly.
- Customer service assistance as needed with order management & online chats.
- Assist with online sales and client liaison.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric / Grade 12.
- Organized, able to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
- Must have excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot independently and adapt to new technology.
- Quick learner and self-starter.
- Data-entry and graphics experience.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in administrative work.
- Data-entry and graphics experience.
- Order fulfillment experience is an added advantage.
- Digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Product knowledge and/or sales experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to commute to Brackenfell as the role is onsite.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- similar: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license (preferred)
