**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing ServiceNow work requests.
- Resolve ServiceNow Help Desk issues.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and new module implementations.
- Writing instruction manuals for systems
- Training end users

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience with supporting major system upgrades and/or implementations
- Experience in manufacturing and distribution industry is preferred
- Self-starter and Passionate
- Good analytical skills
- Quick learner who requires minimum supervision and possesses good problem solving skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
