**Purpose**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Grade 12 + Valid driver’s license
- Position related qualification / certificates (adv)
- Min 3-5 Years Tyre Fitment Centre Management / Supervisory exp (req)
- Fitment Centre Management
- Sells Products/Services & Sales Opportunities**Tyres: Passenger, 4x4, SUV, Commercial), Shocks, Exhausts, Brakes, Batteries etc.**

**Wheel Alignment, balancing, tyre damage etc.**
**Safety checks**
- Build Customer Relations
- Understand how to operate balancing machines.
- Understand how to operate, install, service, repair, calibrate & test alignment machines.
- Knowledge of Alignment (interpretation of vehicle behavior)
- Balancing knowledge
- Fitting and stripping Tyres
- Identifying tyre/rim defects
- Product knowledge i.e., various suppliers Tyres and rims
- Understanding tyre performance and specifications
- Wheel and tyre accessories i.e., lock nut systems, nitrogen, rim accessories etc.
- Admin related functions i.e., cash up, invoicing, receiving cash etc.
- Admister Reports / Documents
- Managerial Experience of at least 5 or more employees
- Conducting enquiries (i.e., discipline, poor performance)
- Reviewing performance
- Plan and Organize Resources

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
