Head Waiter

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years previous waitering experience/management in a 5-star environment (Essential)
- Sommelier qualifications (advantageous)
- Completed secondary education
- diploma/certificate in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment
- Sound Food and Beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership and strong communications skills
- Organisational skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of 3 to provide exceptional guest service
- Organizing multiple dining activities/experiences for guests
- Waiting tables and serving guests
- Stock management and orders
- Taking orders correctly and efficiently
- Bar and restaurant cleaning and set up
- Promoting and selling wines
