**Job Advert: Warehouse Hub Supervisor**

Green Riders, a leading provider of sustainable last-mile delivery services in South Africa, is seeking a **hard-working** and **detail-oriented **individual to join our team as a Warehouse Hub Supervisor. This role will primarily involve supervision of our smaller hub warehouses and ensuring the warehouse staff and technicians are following all systems correctly, responding to breakdowns, assisting riders, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report to warehouse manager.
- Work together with the main warehouse supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse systems.
- Conduct stock take, allocate stock, and track asset movement.
- Assist in resolving technical issues.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the warehouse.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and parts distribution.
- Implementation of efficient warehouse systems and processes for workflow optimization and accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate administrative records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- _Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail._
- Excellent team management abilities.
- Ability to adjust and implement efficient warehouse systems and processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driving license a bonus.
- Own car/ able to reliably travel a bonus.
- Technical experience is a must.

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Cape Town CBD, Athlone, Langa, Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Mitchells Plain.
- Working hours: The warehouse operates from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. While you will not be expected to be present for the entire duration, you will be expected to ensure efficient communication and management of staff while they are at the hub.
- Salary: From R7 000.00 per month.
