**Minimum Requirements**:
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Instrumentation Trade Test
- Tertiary Qualification relevant to Position
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of eight years relevant sales experience
- Five years industry experience
- Process Plant Knowledge
- Proven track record in driving business growth
- Proven Sales record in the industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- MS Office Suite
- Business software exposure
- Customer Service Orientation
- Effective Time Management
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and Project Management skills

- Ensure good governance practices are in place and being followed.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote personnel development and retain top talent.
- Implement and manage operational strategies and processes to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Oversee cross-business unit operations, satisfying sales and services targets per business unit.
- Manage product and services budgets and financial performance, making decisions to improve profitability and ensuring financial sustainability.
