(Supplies bought from Company A for Company B to perform the work. The invoice from the Supplier is issued to Company A and the Suppliers clerk is required to have the knowledge to ensure Company A + B balance at the end of the business transaction)
- Must be computer literate, especially with Excel, and can draw up spreadsheets and use basic formulas
- Must be strong on reconciliations
- Must have contactable references
- Must be prepared to work ‘standby weekends’ on a rotational basis.
- (When on Standby it is required for the Clerk to come through to the office on a Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 13:00 pm)
- An accounting/bookkeeping qualification will be a strong advantage
- Job experience is an advantage
- Preference will be given to persons living in the Table View area
