A well established company based in Camperdown is looking for a Production Manager / Supervisor - Dairy.
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Assessing resource requirements and re-ordering resources
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining and maintaining quality control standards
- Ensure production schedules are met timeously
- Ensure that any discrepancies reported are dealt with speedily and resolved
- Inspection, maintenance and organising the repairs of production equipment
- Conduct month end stock takes, weekly cycle counts
- Prepare and manage shelf life and warehouse utilization reports weekly
- Supervising all staff
**Requirements**:
- Industry-related experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Computer literate
