**Residence Butler | Cape Town | Luxury Hotel**:
**RESIDENCE BUTLER** - the main tasks include to prepare and clear all service venues, including all necessary mise-end-place for service as well as serving food and beverages to his/her allocated guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

**Scope and General Purpose**:

- Greeting guests in a professional manner upon their arrival and acquainting guests with the residence amenities.
- Be able to interact with Guests in a professional manner.
- Perform consistent service according to the residence service standards and be fully prepared for each booking.
- Curate the guest experience according to the guest profile.
- Anticipating guests needs and solving their concerns throughout their stay, meeting their demands, and exceeding their expectations.
- Providing directions and information about local points of interest and assist with reservations.
- Ensuring rooms, common areas, gardens, pools meet guest standards.
- Coordinating the maintenance of the residence and the preservation of the interiors.
- Assisting with the planning of events.
- Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners.
- Performing all duties and obligations with professionalism.
- Be aware of all dietary requirements of the guests and ensure that the residence is prepared accordingly.
- Perform residence preparation according to the guest request.
- Support optimal communication between the relevant departments and the team, attending meetings.
- Prepare all food and beverage requirements for the guests stay, including special requests.

**Personal Requirements**:

- Grade 12 and a qualification in Butler duties will be an added advantage.
- Valid code 10 driver’s license.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the 5-star environment
- Sound knowledge and experience with Bar duties
- Knowledge and experience of overall hospitality operations mainly Food and Beverages.
- Reasonable wine knowledge
- Confident team Player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control (People skills-tolerance, patience)
- Presentable and well spoken.

**Salary: ZAR 9500**:
