Outbound Sales Agent

**Qualifications/attributes/competencies and experience**
- Matric Certificate (Compulsory)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Telephonic communication skills
- 1 years’ experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre, financial products (with targets attached to the sales)
- Outbound Sales experience is required
- The ability to work comfortably under pressure
- Target Driven

- Clear credit and Criminal record
- DOFA Advantageous
- RE/FAIS Advantageous

**Duties**
- Make outbound calls to customers to interact with them, identify needs and promote the product/service.
- Script adherence.
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
- Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
- Time Management.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament.
- Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved.
- Maintaining and improving quality and compliance by adhering to the standards and guidelines.
- Effectively manage all incoming customer queries/leads on voice and digital channels.
- Handle objections appropriately to ensure that positive results are achieved and enhance customer experience.
- Reach personal and team performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, timekeeping, turnaround time, sales, and customer service on voice and digital channels.
- Adhere to internal systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
- Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
