The Organisation requires the services of a Senior Manager: Enterprise and Supplier Development. This position will be based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria.

**Location**:

**Requirements**:

- Be in possession of a BCom/ Economics/Business Development/Management degree or relevant qualifications.
- Should have at least 5 years of enterprise/development experience.
- Should have 3 years in senior management.
- Knowledge of youth and women’s development programs.
- Understanding of Beneficiation Models.
- Understanding of commodity and market supplier analysis.
- Understanding of Rural Economic Transformation Model.
- Understanding of community-based tourism infrastructure and product development.
- Understanding of funding mechanisms, (grant, crowdfunding, and Foreign Direct Investment).
- Experience with strategic sourcing methodology and supplier contracting.
- Understanding of Supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise development (community-based).

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, lead, and facilitate the implementation of the Enterprise and Supplier Development programme in SANParks.
- Develop SANParks Enterprise and Supplier Development policy.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of SANParks Enterprise and Supplier Development Strategy.
- Facilitate, track, and monitor SANParks’ performance on Enterprise and Supplier development programmes.
- Advise on policy matters relating to enterprise development.
- Support the review of the SANParks Socio-Economic Transformation policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding enterprise supply development.
- Facilitate enterprise development planning to identify and establish economic development opportunities for community-based enterprises.
- Identify and investigate risks associated with enterprise and supplier development.
- Design and guide the implementation of relevant training and after-care support to identified enterprises and suppliers (Exempted Micro Enterprises and Qualifying Small Enterprises).
- Assist Parks with organising enterprise/supplier development roadshows.
- Conduct research on Enterprise and Supplier Development issues.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on SANParks Enterprise and Supplier Development programme.
- Provide consultative advice on ESD to Parks operations and stakeholders.
- Identification of strategic funding partners and initiate the development of relevant MOU’s and SLAs.
- Setting enterprise and supplier development priorities for resourcing.
- Monitor, review, and report on the progress of the enterprise supply development programme.
- Maintaining good public relations.
- Liaising between organisations and departments.
- Ensure efficient coordination of ESD activities.

**Salary**:
R786,720.21 - R1,289,862.03
