**Key Performance Area**:
- Collect vehicle from vehicle holder and action the process to collect.
- Monitor the process to ensure that contractual obligations to supplier are adhered to and no additional cost to company is incurred.
- Attend to and resolve supplier queries.
- Inform supplier of vehicle in stock.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Computer literate - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Must be a good communicator
- Must be able to understand, speak and write English
- Must be able to capture data reasonably fast and accurate
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must undertake to give excellent customer support
- Must be a team player
- Must respect authority
- Must be able to handle difficult clients
- Must be able to prioritize
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work systematically
