**Full-Time Position: Digital Content Creator**

We are looking for a tech-savvy, reliable, and energetic individual who is passionate about content creation, has attention to detail, can manage our social media accounts, have a range of graphic design and videography capabilities, and can perform basic admin duties.

**General Responsibilities as a staff member at Oakhill**:

- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of the church’s services and events
- Ensure that all audio, video, and staging equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Develop and implement plans for improving technical systems and processes
- Work with other staff members and volunteers to plan and execute services and events
- Ensure that all technical equipment and processes are in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Content Creation for a variety of video and photographic content
- Maintenance of all social media platforms, including scheduling posts and community management
- Maintenance of content across all websites

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience managing technical operations in a church or similar setting
- Knowledge of audio, video, and staging equipment and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier / Final Cut Pro
- Basic understanding of Hootsuite
