**Job description**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist Dealers with catalogue queries;
- Assist NSA business areas to update and create data within SAP;
- Maintain master data to ensure all information is correct, including drawings, photographs and part samples;
- Adhere to the NSA parts cataloging process, parts creation process, parts master maintenance process and No Master Calls (part number creation) processes;
- Train new staff to use parts catalogue at dealer.
- Liaise with catalogue manufacturer regarding catalogue changes.
- Liaise with NSA engineering department with regards to changes made on the BOM for local production.
- All concerns must be answered within 12 (twelve) hours of call creation and an overall average of 24 (twenty four) hours.
- Part number creations
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing
- Source changes
- Asist with redundant buyback from dealers
- Update FX exchange rate on SAP
- Assist with warranty Dept. Inquiries
- Credit notes for dealers
- Create for buyers Supersessions
- Assist with ad hoc services related to the Services as may be required by NSA from time to time

**Minimum requirements**:
**Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- Matric
- Business qualification such as Degree or Diploma will be advantageous
- Management and Project Management skills are an advantage
- SAP is an advantage
- Motor Industry and Dealership experience
- Parts Catalogue is an advantage
- Market and competitor knowledge
- Strategic thinking skills
