Well established, national concern are looking for a PMB based Building Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- **Matric** with a pass in **Maths / Maths Lit** and **English**:

- A relevant qualification / certificate in maintenance and engineering would be advantageous
- At least 5 year experience in building maintenance, plumbing, painting, carpentry, building and roof repairs
- Understand laws, regulations and standards of safety measures within engineering
- Knowledge of working with power tools

Individual will be responsible for maintaining the plant building, grounds, the plumbing system, managing employees and coordinating work schedules.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Maintaining building and facilities
- Supervise staff
- Carry out maintenance on buildings, floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows and locks
- Plan, organise and control projects
- Inspection of the plumbing installation, condition of the building structure, condition of the factory roofs and cladding, building structure
- Work to building code
