**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Commission structure
Applicants must live in Malmesbury and have their own cell phone, valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle. MUST be fluent in Afrikaans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring efficient operations
- Canvassing and listing new rental stock
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and evaluations to attract potential tenants.
- Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, rental payments, and maintenance schedules.
- Be the contact point for all landlords and tenants within your managed property portfolio, in terms of payment follow ups, queries, maintenance issues, etc.
Key Competencies
- Energetic, self-motivated, sales-driven, people-person.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Have great communication skills, great networking skills, be computer literate, have an eye for detail.
- Have the ability to cope with pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed
Education & Experience
- NQF 4 in Real Estate (preferred)
- Matric qualification
- Be responsible for registration fees with the PPRA
- Proven experience in property management or rentals is a strong advantage.
