**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Complete all learnership requirements as stipulated by Unilever, including but limited to training attendance, assessments completion, project completion, logbook completion and presentations as needed
- The purpose of the role is to drive process efficiency across all performance areas of the site in alignment with its Master plan strategic priorities and needs.
- Manage the roll out of UMS program in the site & support pillars with their improvement plans, governance & gap analysis.
- Site performance data reporting & management of data systems.
- Data analysis & trend identification for improvement.
- She/he will support on governance of the sites cost savings program.
- Working directly with project leads, tracking progress of actions & delivery of savings.
- Follow SOP procedures as needed within the operation assigned to
- Conform to all site rules governing safety of self and others, quality and code of business principles

**Key requirements**

**Essential**:

- Completed Degree in **Industrial Engineering**
- Use of computer software programs - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential
- Good communication skills both written and verbal - proficient in English
- Self starter & agile mindset
- Analytical thinking & affinity for numbers
