Role Purpose:

- He/She will be an outstanding individual who will join our marketing team to help expand our customer and market footprint by focusing on regional campaigns (including digital), integrated marketing, event management and brand awareness activities.
- The key criteria for success in this position is the ability to make critical decisions on an ongoing basis through independent thinking, keen attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and good communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders, and exceptional project management skills.
- The role is part of Regional Marketing team and would require the person to work closely with team members, regional peers and the respective country sales and marketing teams.
- The position reports directly to the Central Marketing Manager EME
- Manage the preparation and execution of key marketing offline/online activities and events in the region not limited to end-customers and channel conferences, exhibitions, sponsorship, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure achievement of all marketing activities with marketing / sales team in assigned markets.
- Manage inventory of promotional items, including research, ordering of new items and to coordinate the distribution of marketing materials between offices.
- Effectively liaise, negotiate and coordinate with external suppliers on aspects of market development (e.g. event organizers, venues, print production, corporate premiums, translating and publishing services etc).
- Assist the marketing team and the digital & communication leadin developing, following up and managing Digital Marketing campaigns and activities including influencer videos, webinars, social media, website content, design and maintenance etc in alignment with Integrated Marketing Campaigns ,tracking and monitoring digital marketing KPI’s, investment and ROI, utilizing and optimizing digital tools. social listening and keeping an eye on media publications that focus on print and online advertising for campaigns and events.
- Coordination with media publications for print & online advertising.
- Coordinate with marketing team / sales for all preparation and execution of all campaigns within the region.
- Assist MBD Team members with day-to-day marketing & admin tasks: travel booking, organizing calendars, SAP related work, Veeva management (Promotional material review, approval and reapproval process), and marketing projects & activities.
- Complete necessary reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to keep the Central Marketing Manager and the MBD Department head informed on market, product and retail activity, during key product launches gathering information on competition, trends.
- Manage relationship with Partner marketing / sales team and ensure positive relationship with them to maximize the brand value and support priority clients.
- Provide marketing admin support (POs, A&P tracking, contracts, vendors, webinars, monthly MBD reports, other admin) according to direct manager and department head guidance and prioritization provided.

Position requirrements:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing.
- Marketing skills: specifically, in PR & events management, communication and digital marketing, project management
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and a good team player
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills. An outgoing and creative mind set along with good attention to detail
- Fluent in English, speaking a second language is a plus
