**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Fault Management professionals to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that aligns with organizational goals and values.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Incident Detection and Diagnosis**:

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely and accurate diagnosis of incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on services.
- **Fault Management Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Fault Management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the Fault Management framework.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work closely with other teams, including Network Operations, Service Delivery, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in incident resolution.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance the Fault Management process.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for Fault Management and implement monitoring systems to track and report on performance.
- Generate regular reports to communicate the status of Fault Management activities, incident trends, and resolution times.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Fault Management.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in Network Management or related areas are a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations or Service Operations Centre.
- In-depth knowledge of Fault Management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and trends.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving Fault Management processes.
