**Principal Accountabilities**: Perform cable jointing in accordance to standard code of practice |Trace High Voltage cable joint failure | Carry out cable spiking | Carry out cable termination |Performs installation | Cable termination to equipment and overhead lines | Locate faults for repair or replacement | Fix cables that are not working, while following safety rules |Install low and high voltage, and cable joints in accordance to project specifications |Maintain safety in the work area |Perform cable inspection |Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the necessary safety precautions and standards | Ensure that personal safety and personal protective equipment is kept clean and in good working order at all times

**Minimum Requirements**: 2 years’ relevant experience in Electrical Engineering Environment | Cable Jointing Certificate - Accredited by EWSETA | Grade 12. (Matric) | Relevant qualification (Diploma or higher) |Valid ID & Driver’s License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
