Entry-Level Field Research Assistant

We are looking for young enthusiastic people to join our team as field research assistants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undergo training to effectively conduct on-site surveys and interviews in the banking sector.
- Implement data collection methodologies as instructed by the research team.
- Work closely with senior researchers to ensure accurate and comprehensive data gathering.
- Develop proficiency in utilizing research tools and techniques during the training period.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and participants during the survey process.
- Ensure meticulous data documentation and submission in accordance with established procedures.
- Adapt to evolving research requirements and contribute to process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Matric is required.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site data collection.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a research team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks.

This role provides a valuable entry point for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in field research within the dynamic environment of the banking sector.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month
