Our client is looking for an HR Practitioner to join their team for a 6 month contract.

To deliver a professional HR generalist service to internal stakeholders by ensuring the execution of all HR strategies and operational people practices. Providing an effective and efficient generalist HR service within the GBS environment ensuring excellent business partnering in achieving the business strategy.

**Responsobilities**:

- Developing and driving implementation and execution of the GBS HR People agenda
- Maintaining a high level of customer service by establishing sound relationships and networks with all stakeholders through effective HR Business Partnering
- Executing and managing sound recruitment and selection practices
- Ensure effective Performance Management employee practices are maintained
- Effective participation in and management of the Talent Review process and Career development
- Providing advisory service with regards to HR related practices, policies and procedures enhancing established business relationships
- Assist with the compiling of salary budget and monthly headcount reconciliation
- Ensure an effective IR Climate by assisting with IR incidents and practices
- Successful industrial and Employee Relations, CCMA experience with a successful track record
- Ensuring all job profiles and Organisation structures are maintained
- Implementation of agreed training initiatives
- Statutory compliance and monthly HR reporting Ensuring administration and reporting functions are effectively and timeously performed monthly
- Management and adherence of all HR Policies, practices, and procedures
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required
- To assist with the facilitation of change management interventions
- Provide an efficient and effective HR support service and advice to improve business results

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant and recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years’ generalist HR experience
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Proven track record in handling IR related matters, including CCMA proceedings
- Proven strong computer literacy in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, HR SAP)
