**About the position**:
**Key Accountabilities**
- System & Integration testing
- Analyze & extract requirements from business specifications.
- Estimate scope and design detailed & appropriate test cases.
- Managing and tracking test turnaround times.
- Documenting testing results, with supporting docs for all test types
- building a functional test library.
- Designing, developing, and implementing automation testing where possible.
- Managing the deployment process.
- Define and maintain the release management process.
- Ensuring that Release Notes are well documented and signed off before any deployments are done.
- Documenting Post deployment Testing.
- Train, support & manage QA engineers.
- Communicate quality standards to QA Team and project team.
- Weekly & monthly QA reporting.
**Education**:
- Matric & ISTQB advance certification.
- Relevant degree / Advance Diploma in Information Technology Systems.
**Experience**:
- 5 years QA/Test Management experience.
- 10 years testing experience.
- Familiar with the agile methodology.
- A solid track record in financial technology, banking, financial services, or software solutions industry
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
