Appointment Setter

An established international IT Managed Services and System Infrastructure Provider is looking for experienced, engaging, and dedicated **Appointment Setters** to join our team in Cape Town.

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be engaging directly with potential clients in the UK market.

**Your goal**:
To generate leads, schedule appointments, and set the platform for our New Business team to follow through on.

**What you will be doing**:

- **Lead Generation and Appointment Setting**:

- Reaching out to SME businesses in the UK market.
- Engage prospects, provide information about the client services, and create interest.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales representatives.
- Engage and persuade prospects to explore our offerings.
- Adapt and innovate while engaging with potential clients.

**Qualification & requirements**:

- Matric

**Experience & Qualities**:

- **3 - 5 years** of successful sales or sales calling experience (Inbound and Outbound).
- Experience in an international contact centre environment advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track history of excelling in Sales KPI’s.
- Familiarity with the IT sector will be advantageous.
- Proven ability to set appointments/sell over the phone.
- A positive can-do attitude, to solving queries.
- Resilient and determined in approach.

**Salary**: R10 000,00 per month + commission

Pay: R9 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales/Contact Centre: 3 years (preferred)
