Senior Barman

As the Senior Barman / Mixologist, you will oversee the bar operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality beverages and exceptional service. You will use your creativity and expertise to design and prepare signature cocktails, maintain stock and inventory, and ensure the bar area adheres to operational and hygiene standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Create and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails.
Engage with guests to provide a welcoming and memorable experience.
Train and mentor bar staff to uphold service standards.
Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to the development of beverage menus and promotional events.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into service offerings.
Professional qualification in bartending or mixology.
Proven experience as a senior barman or mixologist in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.
