The primary responsibility of the Security Risk Manager is to set and execute a strategy to bring the client in line with global security best practice. To execute security service requirements of the client, constantly monitoring the delivery of a quality service in a professional, effective and efficient manner at all sites.

Ensure Operational excellence in service delivery Oversee and be responsible for all security services provided for a Large Corporate Perform Risk Assessments and Security Service Surveys of the Contracted Site and put mitigation measures in place Set a corporate security strategy Advise the board of security best practices Create and manage the security budget for the client Create and implement a plan to get the client to best practice standards Assist with building a 5-year security plan Advise client on best practice with regards to technology Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Organizations mission, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, Client relations and organizational planning Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the allocated Operations team Coordinate and communicate between support Departments, Operational Teams and Clients Attend regular Operations meetings with Senior Management Teams Implement effective controls and monitoring Processes Participate in site Investigations and report on findings Carry out site surveys and compile reports for Clients Build a relationship with the client that results in Excellerate becoming indispensable Drive cost saving initiative Adjustments/ New Quotations and Payment Conditions Be the central escalation point for operations service issues in the Portfolio Operate within the budget and utilize tools provided Communicate effectively at all levels of the business.

Matric Certified PSIRA Grade A Registered Tertiary Qualification Solid Proficiency in MS Office package 5-10 years of Senior Management experience in the Security Industry Drivers License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle Risk Assessment and Site Survey experience Strong background of Health and Safety environment Security Management Qualification will be advantageous SHEQ Qualification will be an advantageous Knowledge of the Security Industry regulations including Operational and Client requirement
