Assist the Senior Vice President of FP&A in supervising staff, providing supervision, and/or participating in the following functions:

- Design and implement monthly reports for departmental budget owners and regularly review financial results.
- Analyze and consolidate the annual, quarterly, and monthly forecast processes, including communication and coordination with budget owners, template creation, and training of different areas while analyzing the information received.
- Provide monthly expense analysis and feedback.
- Assist with budgeting, financial statements, loan agreements, cash flow monitoring, and analysis of variances.
- Organize processing and analyze financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the GL accounting system, specifically the chart of accounts and the list of subaccounts.
- Update and maintain policies and procedures documentation.
- Fulfill contractual commitments to the client(s) through timely and accurate reporting and problem resolution.
- Assist in managing financial staff results through coaching, counseling, employee discipline, planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Perform other job and management-related duties as directed by the supervisor.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding and experience with accrual accounting
- Proficient understanding and experience with Microsoft excel, preferably with experience using pivot tables, array functionality and macros.
- Experience with Financial Reporting Applications/tools (Intacct, Oracle, SAP etc.)
- Experience using PowerPoint to design executive-level presentations. Dashboarding experience is also desirable.
- Communicates effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form, and able to read and interpret written information.
- Ability to coach and develop more junior members of the finance team.
- Ability to effectively interact with customer base and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with other internal and external departments.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Problem solving skills are mandatory as well as ability to manage resources to complete team goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, and E-mail. Sage Intacct is a plus. Experience
- C2 / C1 English language level.
- 10+ year experience with multi-company / divisional financials, budgeting, and job costing is necessary.
- Experience developing systems, policies, and procedures for an accounting/finance division.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Masters in finance is desirable.
- Must have prior management experience.
- Must have documented leadership skills.
