We are seeking a responsible caretaker/housemother/cleaner for a student accommodation.
As the Caretaker, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning and maintenance of the premises.
Monitoring and addressing any safety and security concerns.
Responding to tenants' inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Coordinating with service providers for repairs and upkeep.
Maintaining a log of incidents and reporting them to management.
Work Hours: Your regular working hours will be [8am-5pm], with an expectation to respond to emergencies outside these hours when required.
Accommodation: As part of your employment, you will be provided with accommodation within the premises. The use of this accommodation is strictly tied to your employment and must be vacated upon termination of your employment or campus holidays.
Leave and Benefits: You will be entitled to Leave during Campus Holidays and other benefits as outlined in the company’s policies.
Pay: R3 000,00 per month
